The document Destruction Agreement is made effective as of the date indicated below by and between ToreUp L.L.C. an Idaho Corporation, and the customer identified below. The Customer wishes to receive a service of document destruction provided by ToreUp L.L.C. ToreUp L.L.C. shall provide the services for secure destruction of Customer's documents and/or records. ToreUp L.L.C. will also provide the necessary document totes to provide adequate storage of documents until the agreed destruction date.
